Sound installation for 6 wireless Loudspeakers

Max Joy´s sound miniatures move through the floating area. Quietly, almost fleetingly, like insects or swallows, they move through hidden or inconspicuously placed loudspeakers. They are gestural miniature sounds that are reminiscent of small animals, but could be futuristic miniature robots, the listener will not be able to give a clear answer… This is how small “EARitations” are created. Many pauses and moderate volume prevent dominance, allowing communication with the other sound artists as well as with the natural inhabitants on site. In addition, there are atmospheric, enigmatic sounds that provide deceleration without slipping into kitsch.
