The legendary electronic artist AROVANE will present a living room concert followed by an artist talk on Wednesdy January 17th in our gallery Errant Sound !

He will play with modular synths and some stomp boxes.

Uwe Zahn alias AROVANE is a veteran of electronic music production and sound design. His music is influenced by various genres, e.g. ambient. Pieces like “aer” from the album “Wirkung” are incredibly fascinating, you can’t get enough of listening to them – it’s like a sunrise. His pieces are often miniature compositions. Each miniature represents a small world in itself, it breathes, pulsates and is completely alive. Subtle atmospheres are at the core of each explored sound structure, making ears and heart happy and sharpening the mind. Sophisticated sound manipulations and extremely detailed digital textures somehow also breathe a deep and enveloping warmth – each track is a perfect prelude to the next in a hypnotizing journey. Undulating drones and granular fragments merge into exquisite melodies, then noise shapes and beyond…the idea of “quiet details”. So active listening is a MUST. A complex and sophisticated sonic journey that you should definitely explore.

Der legendäre Elektronikkünstler AROVANE wird am Mittwoch, den 17. Januar in unserer Galerie Errant Sound ein Wohnzimmerkonzert mit anschließendem Künstlergespräch geben !
Er wird mit modularen Synthesizern und einigen Stompboxen spielen.

Ablaufplan:

• » AROVANE live « ungefähr von 20 bis 20.45/21 Uhr
• » Pause « von 15 Minuten
• » offenes Künstlergespräch mit AROVANE « (moderiert von Max Joy) ab ca. 21/21:15 Uhr
• » Sonic Art Bar ganz klassisch « von ca. 21:30 bis 22 (ggf. länger)

Uwe Zahn alias AROVANE ist ein Veteran der elektronischen Musikproduktion und des Sounddesigns. Seine Musik ist von verschiedenen Genres z.B. Ambient beinflusst. Stücke wie „aer“ vom Album „Wirkung“ sind unfassbar faszinierend, man kann sich gar nicht satt hören – es ist wie ein Sonnenaufgang. Oft sind seine Stücke Miniaturkompositionen. Jede Miniatur stellt eine kleine Welt für sich dar, sie atmet, pulsiert und ist völlig lebendig. Tiefgründige Atmosphären sind der Kern jeder erforschten Klangstruktur, die Ohren und Herz glücklich machen und den Verstand schärfen. Raffinierte Klangmanipulationen und extrem-detaillierte digitale Texturen atmen irgendwie auch eine tiefe und einhüllende Wärme – jeder Track ist ein perfekter Auftakt zum nächsten in einer hypnotisierenden Reise. Wogende Drones und granulare Fragmente verschmelzen zu exquisiten Melodien, dann zu Geräuschformen und darüber hinaus…die Idee der “leisen Details“. Aktives Zuhören ist also ein Muss.
